Originally from Fukuoka, Japan, Yasushi Kojima began his career in the semiconductor business of a major electronics manufacturer, working in marketing and overseas sales before being posted to Hong Kong. There, he gained hands-on experience in local business operations and was also involved in the establishment of new entities and organisational restructuring associated with corporate reorganisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He later held management roles in several Japanese and international companies, where he was responsible for regional operations, project execution, and organisational management. Across the Asia-Pacific B2B environment, he has worked extensively on the practical execution challenges involved in cross-border business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, as the representative of Bridgeworks International (H.K.) Limited, he supports business execution from an operational perspective, including local business support in Hong Kong, regional expansion support in Asia, and market-entry support for companies developing business in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
