The Company does not disclose or provide personal information provided by customers to third parties, except where the customer has given consent or there is a legitimate reason to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The Company keeps personal information accurate and up to date, and works to prevent unauthorised access to, leakage of, loss of, or damage to personal information, while continuously improving and correcting information security measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The Company responds sincerely and promptly to enquiries from customers concerning personal information and to requests for disclosure and related matters.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When the Company receives personal information from customers, it will specify in advance the purposes for which such information will be used and will use it only within the scope of those purposes.             5. Where business succession takes place due to merger, company split, business transfer, or other similar reasons<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Notwithstanding paragraph (1) above, where the Company considers it appropriate for an affiliated company, agent, or similar party to respond in connection with the provision of services to customers or responses to enquiries, the Company may provide that party with the customer\u2019s address, name, telephone number, and similar information. In such cases, the customer may request that the Company cease providing personal information to such affiliated company or similar party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
