We then work together with the client to develop an execution plan aimed at achieving the agreed objectives, and support the project as a whole.

How do you review a project before deciding whether to take it on?

At the initial discussion stage, we review the project carefully in light of the outcomes being sought, as well as the conditions and skills required to achieve them, before deciding whether we are in a position to take it on. If a case would be difficult for us to handle on our own, we may introduce a partner company or another appropriate point of contact.

We provide support for companies entering the Japanese market or developing transactions and partnerships with Japanese companies, including market research, business plan structuring, channel development, coordination with potential partners and counterparties, launch preparation, and the development of an operating structure after launch.
In addition, depending on the post-launch situation and operational challenges, continued support can also be provided for operational stabilisation and ongoing practical support.

How are service fees determined?

Fees vary depending on the content of the request, the scope of support, and the scale of the project. Details can be discussed during the initial consultation after we understand the matter you would like to discuss.

Is there any risk of information leakage?

Regardless of the nature of the request, we put appropriate confidentiality arrangements in place in advance where needed, including an NDA. Information entrusted to us is handled with appropriate care.
