- The Company establishes a management structure for the protection of personal information, ensures that its directors, officers, and employees are informed of the Company Rules, and works to ensure full compliance with them.
- The Company handles personal information within the scope of the purposes of use clearly stated to customers. The Company does not disclose or provide personal information provided by customers to third parties, except where the customer has given consent or there is a legitimate reason to do so.
- The Company keeps personal information accurate and up to date, and works to prevent unauthorised access to, leakage of, loss of, or damage to personal information, while continuously improving and correcting information security measures.
- The Company responds sincerely and promptly to enquiries from customers concerning personal information and to requests for disclosure and related matters.

2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
When the Company receives personal information from customers, it will specify in advance the purposes for which such information will be used and will use it only within the scope of those purposes. If it becomes necessary to use a customer’s personal information beyond the scope of the previously specified purposes, the Company will inform the customer accordingly and obtain the customer’s consent before doing so. 4. Provision of Personal Information
- The Company does not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Where the customer has given consent
- Where required by law
- Where necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent
- Where the handling of personal information is entrusted within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- Where business succession takes place due to merger, company split, business transfer, or other similar reasons
- Notwithstanding paragraph (1) above, where the Company considers it appropriate for an affiliated company, agent, or similar party to respond in connection with the provision of services to customers or responses to enquiries, the Company may provide that party with the customer’s address, name, telephone number, and similar information. In such cases, the customer may request that the Company cease providing personal information to such affiliated company or similar party.
